Seven days without pizza makes one weak.
Emangeo's started with a dream, a food truck, and a passion for New Haven–style pizza. What began in 2021 serving pies at community events has grown into a family-owned pizzeria with two locations and a loyal following across Jacksonville. Every pizza we make carries the same heart and char that built our story.Our journey began rolling through Green Cove Springs in our original food truck, bringing handcrafted pies to friends and neighbors. The demand quickly grew, and in no time, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location on Henley Road. Today, that same truck is part of our flagship Baymeadows restaurant, a symbol of where we've been and where we're headed.
New Haven–style pizza is in our DNA. It means long-fermented dough for a crisp bite, simple toppings that let the crust shine, and custom brick ovens designed to give every slice that light, smoky char. It's a craft, and it's why people say, "We cook it better with bricks."
