Emangeo's began with a dream, a food truck, and a love for authentic New Haven style pizza. What started as a family passion project rolling into stadium lots and local events has grown into something much bigger, a community favorite with brick ovens built to deliver the perfect char.
At our heart, we are still that same family serving neighbors, friends, and fans who crave pizza made the traditional way. We use slow fermented dough, hand stretched crusts, and high heat ovens that create blistered edges and bold flavor in every bite. From our first home in Green Cove Springs to our flagship opening soon in Baymeadows, our story is one of pride, craft, and connection.
